The only other movie besides Howl's Moving Castle I've watched that's been directed by Hayao Miyazaki is Spirited Away. My impression of Spirited Away was very garbled...it was definitely interesting, oddly hooking, but at the same time, had a creepy edge to some of the animations. When I decided to check out HMC, I had no idea how much I would love it, and appreciate Hayao M's style like so many others have. I now consider myself a new fan of HM's films and plan to watch the rest of his movies.
